- Duties of the Regional Director General |

| A. |
The Regional Director General
as principal staff officer and spokesman of the
Region, shall report to the Executive Committee
and implement the policies of the Regional Assembly
and the Regional Board. |
| B. |
The Regional Director General
shall also : prepare and present the positions
of the Region as defined by the Regional Board;
prepare the budget of the Region; be one of the
representatives of the Region at major international
meetings; promote the image of the Region and
its membership and establish relations with the
other organizations dealing with civil aviation
matters and with the media. |
| C. |
The Regional Director General
shall provide the secretariat of the Regional
Board and the Executive Committee. |
