ACI EUROPE aims to represent the views of its member airports and to seek co-operation with airlines and other industry partners vigorously to promote a wider and deeper public understanding of the proven social and economic benefits of civil aviation and the conditions which are needed to make these benefits deliverable. As legislation and regulation affecting civil aviation is increasingly enacted at the European level, ACI EUROPE aims to convince European and national level legislators and regulators to create the conditions in which airports, in common with other industry partners, may prosper in an environmentally sustainable manner and thereby deliver significant social and economic benefits to the communities which they serve. ACI EUROPE aims to expand the body of knowledge in airport management and to encourage the exchange of know-how between European airports.
