Payment

Registration fees should be paid in advance by international bank transfer or by credit card (American Express or Visa/Eurocard only). You can register online or print out the conference registration form in the conference brochure and fax it to PPS, ACI EUROPE’s conference unit, as indicated. Registration fees must be received by ACI EUROPE before a fixed deadline (approximately 3 weeks before the event). If payment is not received in time, participants will be asked to pay on site or provide proof of payment (copy of bank transfer order) before being admitted to the conference.

Cancellations

Registration fees cannot be refunded after the fixed deadline. Substitutes are accepted at any time subject to written notification to the ACI EUROPE Conference Unit.

Special discounts
50% group discount on registration fees
Any organisation paying the full price for two delegate registrations at a conference pays only half price for all additional registrations for members of the same organisation. This discount applies to both the early registration and late registration fees.

Discount for exhibitors
ACI members who are exhibiting are granted 50% discount on the conference registration fees. Non-members receive 30% discount.

Discount for sponsors
When you are sponsoring one of the social events, you receive two free registrations to the conference.
